  • Factory Closures: Managed strategic closures of production units, involving intricate planning, stakeholder communication, and coordination across multicultural teams.

  • Change Management: Led extensive change management initiatives, including the relocation and consolidation of operations to optimize performance.

  • Leadership Roles: Served in pivotal leadership positions such as Plant/Distribution Center Director, Project Director, Operations Manager, Production Manager, Project Manager, R&D Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Group Production System Engineer, providing stability and driving significant improvements.
